It's small but looks very functional.
The quality is okay. The box broke on the way, one of the trolleys fell apart. Nothing was lost, I collected it. The handle is metal, the trolleys are completely plastic.
The refrigerator lifts. It is not possible to lift low-standing items, the plate slides out. It might be useful for something, but it's not a universal tool.
